c. 1840 - Capucine Shelf Clock Made by Grand Chartreuse monks of the Chartreuse Mountains in France. Roman dial, foot missing, enamel face cracked. Detail around the outside of dial with 2 brass finials. Green plastic pull (replaced) Cylinder escapement and alarm, 15 day movement. One foot and pendulum in separate envelope. Measurements: Wide: 4.5 Height: 10.5 depth: 3 Dial Diameter: 4 |
