c. 1854 Reeve and Company clock turret unknown Escape Convert Electric A It originally came from the Presbyterian Church in Morristown, New Jersey, where it hung for 125 years. It was given to the museum in 1977 after a failed attempt by the church to convert the mechanism to an electricity-run model. Today, a new, fully electric model sits in the church tower. |
