Description |
8-day time only brass movement with Albert F. Wells/Friendship, NY perpetual calendar mechanism patented July 30, 1889. Label reads, "Manufactured by Waterbury Clock Company/ 10 Cortlandt St. New York Oak case The perpetual calendar mechanism is activated by an 8-day spring powered timepiece movement. Mint labels on the outside of the backboard include instructions for setting of the calendar movement. This clock hung in a Knights of Pythias hall from 1892 until 1982. |
