Empire style stand made with two semi-circular tables of marble banded with pierced brass. Tables are supported by brass columns surmounted by stylized acorn finials and having four turned feet. Enamel dial signed J. Epine, A Paris. A round brass cannister sits on top of a small marble plinth, with an applied swag, to hold a 30 hour watch movement with verge escapement. Pierced cock holds balance spring. Movement signed J. Epine, A Paris. Movement about 1 3/8 " in diameter.
