Description 30-hour large sharp gothic or steeple clock with mahogany and zebra wood veneer. Glass tablet in door has transfer depicting the Nelson Monument, Trafalgar Square, London. 30 hour weight driven movement, type 1.312, converted to springs by attaching "fusees" to bottom of movement. The fusees are actually wooden spools or drums and not tapered. Label reads "Patent Brass Clocks With Steel Mainsprings, Manufactured and Sold by Chauncey Jerome, New Haven, CT. Unmarked dial.
