8-day time only brass movement. Lever escapement. Movement manufactured by Waterbury. Dial reads, "Waterbury Clock Co. U.S.A." Dial has subsidiary seconds dial and is covered by beveled glass.
Case made by Jennings Brothers Manufacturing Company. No. 0719 Gold. Marble base has four claw feet. Brass case holds movement and is surrounded by brass garland. Atop clock is a cherub sitting on a brass plume. Statue and case finished with "Roman Gold Plate."
